Thank you for joining us at the 2012 Twin City Classic! All teams are required to Check In before the tournament.
We will be offering several options for Checking In your team for the tournament. All of the times are listed below, as well as all required documents.
Check In Options: (at the BB&T Soccer Park offices)
Monday, August 13th: 10am to 5pm
Tuesday, August 14th: 2pm to 9pm
Wednesday, August 15th: 2pm to 9pm
Thursday, August 16th: 10am to 5pm
Friday, August 17th: 10am to 9pm
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Saturday check in.
This is a RESTRICTED tournament which means that ONLY USYS sanctioned teams may participate.
Teams will be required to submit the following paperwork for the tournament:
A. One official Match Roster (TCYSA will retain) + 4 photocopies – copies will not be made on site so please make sure you have all copies required
B. Laminated player cards/passes – one for each player and team official
C. Current Medical Release – one for each player
D. Permission/Notification to Travel: ALL USYS teams need Permission/Notification to Travel – this applies to teams OUTSIDE of NC. If your state uses E-travel or other online PTT, a copy of this approval must be submitted at team check-in and retained by TCYSA.
E. Guest Players:
1. Submit your state organization’s Guest Player Form and submit it + 4 photocopies. Note: If your guest player is from another state, a US Youth Soccer Interstate Permission Form is used in lieu of the other guest form. Contact your local registrar for assistance.
2. Laminated 2011-12 player pass
