TCYSA provides online registration for all of its
programs and parents are encouraged to use this option. Please be
aware that this registration service does not support Mac personal
computers. If you or someone you know has a Mac, or does not have
access to the Internet, a computer is available for registration at
the TCYSA office at 7620 Phoenix Road, Winston-Salem, 27106.
Please contact Lyn Halstead if office computer is required.
Registration payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard and
VISA only) online, or by check.
Payments must be completed online or received at the TCYSA address
above before a registration is considered complete. |

Important information
regarding the Medical Waiver for tryouts:
NCYSA is revising the form for 2008-09.
Parents of current players will be given the revised form by their
team manager after May 1.
