Although OSC will not be providing medical coverage during training and games during the 2012-13 Soccer year, they will be providing other services to TCYSA.
1. OSC will be contracting the services of Innovative Athletic Training to cover all Twin City Tournament Series events.
2. OSC will be providing advice and guidance in important health areas for the TCYSA coaching staff, as well as TCYSA players and parents through educational links online and seminars.
3. OSC will continue to offer the services at its office in Winston Salem below:
The services that OSC provides include taping as well as assessment of injuries and concussions.
OSC is also available via the Quick Care Clinic at the Main Office in Winston-Salem with same day appointments for injuries that need further evaluation. The number to call is 786-1270. Hours of operation Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
For evaluation of concussion, OSC has a Sports Medicine physician, Jon Yoder, who is available to see athletes Mon-Fri.
