Each Twin City family is required to volunteer for a minimum of two hours for each player in the Twin City Classic, Challenge, Youth Academy, and Hybrid Academy programs within the soccer year (August 2012-May 2013). Please feel free to refer to the Volunteer Policy on the Policies and Forms tab on the website for the additional information. Volunteer hours will be monitored and tracked by team volunteer committee members and the TCYSA volunteer coordinator.
Anyone 15 yrs and older are eliglible to complete the required volunteer hours. We will be happy to sign community service paperwork for high school students.
Team Check-In - Verify player cards and rosters for teams checking in prior to a tournament, distribute materials
Field Marshall/Monitor - Monitor assigned fields, answer questions, notify a trainer of any injuries, contact the tournament director or volunteer coordinator with any issues
Clean-Up - Maintain cleanliness within the soccer park
Info Desk/ Volunteer Check-In - Answer questions, provide game schedule information, check-in volunteers
Tournament Break Down - Move tables, tents, goals, flags, benches, banners, collect trash, etc.
Concessions - Run the consession stand, easy to follow instructions provided
