Field Usage: Please only train in your team’s designated area. Please do your repetitive shuttles, warmups, etc.

off of the Field’s playing surface. If whatever you are doing is cutting up the field, please actively move your sessions
around to avoid doing turf damage. Please use the portable coerver goals for training, and move them off of the fields
after your session. Permanent goals should not be used during practices. Please let administration know of any
unsafe equipment or conditions. Your attention to these details is greatly appreciated and will keep our fields great!
Recommended areas for Shuttles: Fields 1-3: Hill overlooking Stadium Field.
Fields 4-8: Kickback wall area by picnic shelter.
Fields 9-14: Large areas in between fields along light pole medians.
Other Training Areas: 1 mile running path is 1 lap around upper tier fields 1-8. 1/4 mile run is from flagpole to last
concrete lightpole based near the woods.
Athletic Trainers from Orthopedic Specialists typically arrive at the fields by: 5:45 pm. Look for their golf cart.
