TCYSA sponsors an Ad Sales Program in which players & parents may sell ads for Twin City Soccer Guide to help offset their club fees.
Please read carefully ALL information. The links to the right explain the rules and procedures for selling ads.
AD SALES GUIDELINES: This document explains the policies and procedures for selling ads for the Twin City Soccer Guide, including the date allowed to begin and deadlines for submission of ads and payment. All those participating in the Ad Sales Program MUST read the guidelines carefully.
AD SALES ARTWORK FEES: This shows the fees associated with incorrectly submitted artwork and changes. These fees will be deducted from a player's disbursement.
AD INFORMATION: This document describes the ad sizes and prices.
AD SALES RECEIPT: This document must be completed by the Twins player/family and must be submitted with payment. A copy may be given to the vendor.
AD SALES INVOICE: This spreadsheet can be used as an Invoice for your advertisers.
AD SALES ALLOCATION FORM: This allows parents to apply extra Ad Sales credit to other players, if desired.
AD SALES LISTING: This document shows Ad Sales from 2016-17. This is to be referenced BEFORE selling ads. No families may contact businesses on this list prior to June 15th except for the seller of the 2016-17 ad. After June 15th, please review the current ad sales list before approaching a business.
CURRENT AD SALES: These are the ads that have already been sold up to this point for the 2017-18 Program, we ask that you do not approach these companies. This will be updated very frequently throughout the sales period, so you will want to check this list before soliciting from businesses.
