TCYSA sponsors an Ad Sales program in which parents may sell ads for the TCYSA Tournament Series program to help offset their fees.

Ad Sales Guidelines: This document explains the policies and procedures for selling ads for the Tournament Series Program, including the date allowed to begin and deadlines for submission of ads and payment. All those participating in Ad Sales MUST read the guidelines carefully.
Ad Information: The document describes the ad sizes and prices
Ad Sales Receipt: This document must be submitted with payment. A copy may be given to the vendor.
Ad Sales Listing: This document shows ad sales from 2012-13. This is to be referenced BEFORE selling ads.
Ad Sales Invoice: This spreadsheet can be used as an Invoice for your vendors.
Ad Sales Artwork Fees: This shows the fees associated with incorrectly submitted artwork and changes. These fees will be deducted from a player’s disbursement.
Ad Sales Allocation Form: This allows parents to apply extra Ad Sales credits to other players, if desired.
Current Ad Sales: These are the ads that have already been sold up to this point for the 2013 Program, so we ask that you do not approach these companies. This will be updated very frequently throughout the summer, so you will want to check this list before soliciting from businesses.
