Congratulations to the '90 Twins Blue and the '94 Lady
Twins Blue teams for advancing to the Final Four of the
NCYSA Classic President's/Kepner Cup at Bryan Park in
Greensboro. Come to their semi-final games on May 17 to

Give Back
The Twins Gold U14 Girls Challenge team raised over $900
for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation this weekend by
getting donations for the goals they scored during the
TCL Tournament.

PRESIDENT'S KEPNER CUP
TCYSA proudly hosts the President's Kepner Cup this
weekend, April 26-27. We welcome teams from the 89, 91
and 93 boys' teams, and 93 girls' teams.

Player/Parent College Education Night
Join us on Monday, April 14 for a seminar led
by Peter Broadley on the steps players should take to
play collegiate soccer. This seminar is primarily for
the U15-U18 players and their parents, but younger
players and parents may attend.

National Youth License
North Carolina Youth Soccer Association, along with US
Youth Soccer, is excited to announce that the National
Youth License will be offered this summer in
Winston-Salem . The course will be conducted on June 6-8
and June 13-15, 2008 at the Forsyth Country Day School .

FORMER LADY TWIN HONORED AT UNC
 Anna
Rodenbough won the the 2007-08 Athletic Director's
Scholar-Athlete Award at UNC for the sport of women's
soccer. Rodenbough was the keeper on the State Champion
86 Lady Twins White.

ODP SUCCESS
The 91 North Carolina ODP Boys team won the regional
championship in Houston. Congratulations to the five
players from the 90 Twins White that are members of the
ODP team !!!!

NATIONAL CUP VII
TCYSA will host a regional for the 2008 US Club
Soccer Cup National Cup VII. The event
will take place July 4-7, 2008 at BB&T Park.

STATE CUP CHAMPIONS
The U18 Lady Twins Silver won the Challenge State Cup
Championship in Greensboro this past weekend. They
didn't allow a goal during the final four weekend on the
way to repeating as State Champions in the 89 Girls age
group.
